Job Responsibilities

• Should be a very strong visualizer, cracking compelling animation concepts that take the whole game experience to a new level.
• Strong and proven 2D animation skills
• Responsible for the overall look and artistic approach of the Game Animations
• Understand the design documents and come up with ideas and deliver the animation mocks and Assets
• Conceptualize and illustrate exceptional game animations ideas and communicate the styling and concepts through mock-up art.
• Work closely with the Art director, Game artists, Game Designer, Programmers, product managers and Producer to create animations which will drive the visual identity of the game and
• Ensure a synergistic working environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile games and constraints

Minimum Requirements

• At least 8-12 years of hands-on experience in creating 2D animations .
•  Proven experience working on 2D Casual social and/or mobile games across different genres 
• Experience with Unity 2D engine
• Your design portfolio should demonstrate an excellent eye for observations and animations visuals, purposeful color, and strong UI skills. Your work should show a deep appreciation for simple and usable interfaces.
• Should be creative, able to understand the design documents and responsible for delivering the animation assets.
• Should be good at sketching, animation, Illustration, and game effects.
• Passion for games and a good understanding of what makes a game visually stunning and Fun to play.
• Experience in creating artwork/UI for games and apps is a plus.
• Proficient to expert in Photoshop, Flash, and associated design tool. Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment
• Ability to work as a part of the team as well as the individual.
• Bachelor’s degree in animation, a design-related discipline
